I guess it’s wonderful to wake up and ask yourself whether randomness is good or bad for you and your health, for your blog or for your room, for the clothes hanging around everywhere, mixed with shoes, bags, candles, books, some recipes for lemon cream-cakes, whether your hair is too long and you need to cut it, your hands too small as if being part of a 10 year-old one, whether you can buy something with all the coins glittering on the floor, desks and polished surfaces in the morning dim-light and so on. This is why our mind start circling things and how they should be organised, we forget about people for a while, we just see the things, the coloured patches of whatever that surround us and need a special kind of treatment one way or another. Things are always so good to us; they never overreact, they neither scream nor ask for extra passion. Such a gruesome fate things have, no matter if it’s a hat, a caramel-flavoured gloss or a plastic brain meant to get you ouf of your ignorance concerning the control centres. It’s why I need music to help me kick out the STUFF I keep thinking about, since my room is such a mess, out of my head. And to remind me of people.
But then again, now the old habits of regular thinking are back, what’s left to do? Waking up, trying to shake of the feeling of a huge encompassed time that has passed you by since you fell asleep, opening the window, noticing the sun outside, kicking the mind maps of the previously-just-ended dreams because you really don’t need to recall them – all this is human behaviour. Rational human behaviour. Growing up rational human behaviour. Well it gets boring.
Why can’t we experience imprinting every morning? Why are the ducklings happier, so that when they first come into light, the first thing, person or animal they catch sight of will be considered, from that moment on, by the particular duckling, his/her mother. So they start following and acting like the so-called mum. What if humans would wake up and the very first wall, photograph, bottle of spring water or pillow they see would rapidly become a maternal figure and they would start acting like a particular wall/photograph/bottle of spring water/pillow? This was a randomly chosen topic and a random reasoning of a completely off-topic whatever. From thinking of objects -> back to thinking of people -> and now back to figuring out what these people mean. Au revoir.
